SUMMIT COMICS TALENT SEARCH 2025

Part One – Writers

With the spirit of small press indie comics at the forefront of everything we do, the partners behind Summit Comics are hosting a talent search to welcome the next two creators into the Summit umbrella. The Summit Comics Talent Search is a two-part event, the first featuring writers and the second part featuring artists.

Summit partner Pete Collins has drawn concepts for two villains in the Summit Universe, and the rules are simple:

1. Choose one of the two villains below
2. Establish a name and craft an origin of your villain of choice. It should be no more than 200 words. A synopsis, if you will.
3. Script a two-page comic story featuring your chosen character
4. Package the origin and script into one single PDF and upload below.
5. Submissions are open now through December 3rd. Winners will be notified through e-mail by December 10th. Winners will see their script turned into a short for Summit Pinnacle #1, and be offered an overall Summit talent contract. You must be 18 to submit.
